Service Description

Calm your body and quiet your mind with this peaceful morning yoga practice. By intentionally connecting breath with movement, this class rejuvenates the body, lifts your spirits, and helps you greet the day with joy and gratitude. Led by Amy Sawyer, certified yoga therapist, the session is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned yogis, with supportive variations offered for all levels. This is a group class, available for a minimum of 5 participants, at a cost of $10 per person.
