Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Reservation Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due at check-in.

Cancellations within 48 Hours of Check-In: No refund will be provided.

No-Show: No refund if a guest does not arrive and has not canceled their reservation.

Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings at non-refundable rates require full payment at booking and are not eligible for refunds.

Standard Cancellations: For refundable rates, cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

Children: Children 6 and under stay free when sharing a room with an adult. Children aged 7 to 12 pay $10 per child. Guests aged 13 and up are charged the adult rate.

Additional Guests: An additional charge of $10 to $25 per extra guest, per night, applies depending on the room and other factors.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available for all guests.

Pets: Small and medium-sized pets are allowed, except in restaurant areas.

Ecolodge Rules and Restrictions
Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be requested in advance but are subject to availability and additional fees.
Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a restful environment for all guests. However, music may be played in the restaurant bar area during events or classes. Guests will be informed in advance about scheduled activities.
Children:

Children 6 and under stay free when sharing a room with an adult. Children aged 7 to 12 pay $10 per child. Guests aged 13 and up are charged the adult rate. Adult supervision is required for children at all times on the property.

Pets:

Small and medium-sized pets are welcome at El Santuario Ecolodge. Pets must be supervised and leashed in all public spaces, and are not allowed in the restaurant, bar, or other designated areas.

Pick up after your pet

A fee of USD 10 per pet, per night, and a one-time cleaning fee of USD 20 apply. Service animals are exempt from these fees.

Additionally, a refundable deposit of USD 50 will be charged for pets. This deposit will be returned if no damage is caused to the room, furniture, or bedding, and if any mess made by the pet is cleaned up. Pets should not urinate on the bed or furniture.

Pets must not disturb other guests. Excessive barking or noise is not permitted, and pets cannot be left unattended in rooms if they cause disturbances.
Parking:

Complimentary parking is available for all registered guests. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or enclosed common areas.
Environmental Respect:

Please respect the natural environment and avoid disturbing wildlife. Properly dispose of all waste in designated bins and conserve water and electricity where possible.
Restaurant Bar Events and Classes:

The restaurant bar may host events, music, and classes, which may impact noise levels in certain areas. We aim to keep these activities enjoyable for all guests, and schedules will be provided in advance whenever possible.
Damage and Liability:

Guests are responsible for any damages to Ecolodge property or rooms during their stay. Additional charges may apply if damage occurs.
Guest Conduct:

All guests are expected to act respectfully toward other guests and staff. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or loud music outside designated areas is not permitted.
