Inspired by the Slow Food philosophy, we focus on meals that are nourishing, flavorful, and connected to our community. This means we use local ingredients whenever possible, supporting nearby farmers and honoring the rich flavors of Panama. At our ecolodge, dining is a slow food experience – homemade, fresh, and prepared with ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers. Because good food takes time, all dinners must be reserved in advance. 4-Course Dinner Price: $25 per person (Prepared fresh with local ingredients. Please reserve in advance so we can cook with care.)
